The vessel is covered under a valid hull & third party liability insurance policy suitable for private day charters.
The Charterer and guests remain liable for damage and loss caused by negligence, misconduct or violation of regulations.
Personal belongings are not covered under the vessels insurance.
The charter is provided with a qualified professional skipper
The charterer agrees to comply with all instructions of the captain
illegal substances, firearms, unauthorised animals or smoking below deck are prohibited
Force majeure: shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control.
