The charter of Kian requires an Advance Provisioning Allowance (A.P.A.) + VAT, which is a deposit meant to cover any expenses beyond the Charter fee. Such expenses could include fuel consumption, mooring rates, and the provision of food and drinks, among other services or products requested by the Charterer or his Guests.

The Charterer is free to ask the Captain for a summary of the used A.P.A. at any time. At the end of the charter, however, the Captain must provide a detailed report of the expenses incurred with the A.P.A., and if requested, produce the relevant purchase invoices or receipts.

If the funds from the A.P.A. are not sufficient to cover the Charterer's expenses during the charter period, the Owner or the Captain can make a simplerequest to the Charterer to integrate the A.P.A. accordingly. If there is a positive balance of the A.P.A. left at the end of the charter, it will be returned to the Charterer.

PAYMENT DETAILS:

1) a reservation deposit of 50% of the rental rate, shall be paid together with the subscription of the Charter Agreement;

2) the balance of the remaining 50% charter rate shall be paid not less than 30 (thirty) days before the charter starting date agreed.

3) in case the Charter Agreement will be stipulated less than 30 (thirty) days from the charter starting date, the Charterer shall pay 100% of the charter fee. The A.P.A. (if due) shall be paid within the terms foreseen by the contract.
