A salted lime cordial accompanies the caviar service to enhance and cleanse the palate. “Riviera” blends Don Julio Blanco with orgeat, coconut, cucumber, and lime, topped with soda and finished with a coconut salt rim. “Away We Go,” inspired by David Croft, combines Don Julio Reposado with cherry, amaretto, raspberry, and a hint of chilli, served on the rocks with a cream float.
