Boat-specific Terms & Conditions
These rules below apply when we are operating with more than 12 passengers onboard for events. These Conditions are in place to allow us to operate as an Australian Domestic Commercial Vessel NSCV:
Maximum Passenger numbers (excluding 14 permanent crew, but including any temporary event staff or outside contractors) – 175 plus 5 children
Maximum number of people on the sundeck at any time – 60 people including service staff, DJs, musicians etc
Maximum number of people in lower deck guest cabins at any time – 4 people, only to use the bathrooms
It is specified that no access is allowed to the Master Cabin and ‘Studio’ on the main deck
