The Advance Provisioning Allowance (A.P.A.), associated with Ahoy Club luxury yacht rentals, is a deposit required to cover expenses not incorporated in the Charter fee. These expenses include, but are not limited to, fuel consumption, mooring rates, and the supply of food, drinks, and any additional products or services requested by the Charterer or his Guests.

The Charterer has the liberty to ask the Captain for a summary of the A.P.A. expenses at any point during their time on Freedom. However, at the end of the charter, the Captain must present a detailed report of the expenses incurred under the A.P.A. The Captain, if asked, must also provide the Charterer with a copy of relevant purchase invoices or receipts.

If, during the charter period, the A.P.A. funds are no longer sufficient to cover the Charterer's expenses, the Owner or the Captain can request the Charterer to replenish the A.P.A. In the event that the A.P.A. has a positive balance at the end of the charter, these remaining funds will be returned to the Charterer.

PAYMENT DETAILS:

1) a reservation deposit of 50% of the rental rate, shall be paid together with the subscription of the Charter Agreement;

2) the balance of the remaining 50% charter rate shall be paid not less than 30 (thirty) days before the charter starting date agreed.

3) in case the Charter Agreement will be stipulated less than 30 (thirty) days from the charter starting date, the Charterer shall pay 100% of the charter fee. The A.P.A. (if due) shall be paid within the terms foreseen by the contract.
