Fiordo di Furore

One of the coastline's most dramatic hidden corners.

Fiordo di Furore is a tiny fjord carved directly into the cliffs between Amalfi and Praiano, with a small beach tucked beneath an old stone bridge.

While it can technically be reached by road, approaching it from the water completely changes the experience.

The cliffs tower above the cove and the water inside the inlet becomes incredibly calm during quieter parts of the day.

It's one of the Amalfi Coast's most photogenic swim stops and somewhere many larger boats simply pass by without noticing.

Ieranto Bay

Located near Nerano and only properly accessible by boat or hiking trail, Ieranto Bay feels far more untouched than many of the coastline's more famous swimming spots.

The water here is incredibly clear and the protected marine area gives the entire bay a quieter, more natural atmosphere.

It's especially beautiful earlier in the morning before the coastline becomes busy.

The best hidden spots along the Amalfi Coast are rarely planned too strictly.
